Holger is an internationally experienced attorney with a strong background in human rights law and justice reform, specialising in particular in the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), business and human rights and data protection. He has worked as an advisor to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the United Nations and other international institutions.
